Using this website

This website is run by Saltmarket Coffee, Bree Street, Cape Town. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or the enquiry form.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending the enquiry form is a request, not a booking. A group booking or catering order is confirmed only when we reply by email and agree the details with you. Until then, nothing is reserved.

Menu and opening hours

The menu and opening hours on this site are a guide. They may change with the season, on public holidays or when we run out of something. Ask at the counter or in your enquiry if something matters to you.

Allergies

Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you enquire. Our kitchen handles several common allergens, so we can’t promise that any item is free of them.

Your information

What you send us is handled as described on our privacy page. Please only send details that are yours to share, and keep them accurate.

Our content

The text, design and photographs on this site belong to Saltmarket Coffee or are used with permission. You are welcome to share a link to the site. Please ask us before copying or reusing its content.

Limits on our responsibility

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error free or online. To the extent the law allows, Saltmarket Coffee is not liable for loss that results from relying on the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South African law, including consumer protection law.
